Hey! Im Alexa. I was born and raised in Canada and moved to England when I was 19. 

I am an extremely passionate international costumier with professional technical

sewing competencyand strong research skills that combine to create successful

costumes for thestage and screen. My previous employment showcases my ability

to organise costume departments, as well as work great with customers, and marketing

and production teams to balance priorities and ensure deadlines are met.

I am an MA graduate with Distinctions in Performance and Culture specialising in

the 'Political and Performative Nature of European Squat Culture'. I intend to

continue my studies in cultural anthropology and completely a PhD. Utilising my

cross-disciplinary skills, I enjoy collaborating and working with fellow creatives

from diverse art forms and cultures to explore and provoke thought, discussion,

and positive change.
